2024 Fair Office Hours

The Fair Office on the fairgrounds will be open during the day beginning Saturday, July 27, 2024.

  • Saturday, July 27, 2024: 10am-2pm
  • Sunday, July 28, 2024: 1-6pm
  • Monday, July 29 – Tuesday, July 30, 2024: 10am-6pm
  • Wednesday, July 31 – Saturday, August 3, 2024: 9am-3pm
  • Sunday, August 4 – Monday, August 5, 2024: 9am-8pm
  • Tuesday, August 6 – Saturday, August 10, 2024: 8am-8pm
  • Sunday, August 11, 2024: 12pm-2pm

Entry Due Dates

Entries must be postmarked by Saturday, July 27, 2024.

Walk-in entries will only be accepted on Saturday, July 27, 2024 from 10am-2pm; Sunday, July 28, 2024 from 1pm-6pm; Monday, July 29, 2024 from 10am-6pm; and Tuesday, July 30, 2024, from 10am-6pm.



Carnival only open during the following session times:

  • Tuesday, August 6, 2024: 6-10pm
  • Wednesday, August 7, 2024: 3-10pm
  • Thursday, August 8, 2024: 4-10pm
  • Friday, August 9, 2024: 3-10pm
  • Saturday, August 10, 2024: 1-10pm


Wristband hours are limited:

  • Tues./Wed./Thurs.: Same as Carnival Hours
  • Friday: 4-10pm
  • Saturday 1-5pm & 6-10pm

New wristbands are needed per carnival session listed above. The same armband cannot be used for both Saturday carnival time slots.

  • $25 in advance, July 27-August 3, 2024 in the Fair Office
  • $28 at the carnival ticket booth beginning Tuesday, August 6, 2024

OR $1.25 per ticket (2 to 5 tickets per ride).

Handicapped Parking

Passes for non-placard vehicles may be obtained from the fair office prior to the fair. Entry will be allowed for vehicles with handicapped placards during the fair. Handicapped parking is available at the west side of the Produce/Education building or east of the 4-H building.

Tickets (Non-Transferable)

  • Children 7 years and under: FREE
  • Daily admission: $10
  • Season Wristbands: $30
  • Exhibitor’s Wristbands: $20
  • Junior Exhibitor’s Wristbands: $5 (Child must be 11 years old or under and entering Departments N, PJ, PL, PM, PO or PV only. All other departments require a $20 exhibitor’s ticket, even if child is 11 years old or younger.)

Instead of paper tickets, wristbands will be used exclusively for entrance onto the fairgrounds. You can buy a daily wristband or purchase season or exhibitor wristbands prior to the fair at the fair office or at the gate during the fair. They will be packaged with 5 wristbands, one per day and will be different each day. They will allow you to leave the fairgrounds and be re-admitted the same day as many times as you wish.

No entries allowed before listed entry dates.

Because most entries will come in prior to opening day of the fair on Tuesday, Exhibitor’s Wristbands must be picked up in the fair office. Wristbands will be mailed only to those in departments whose only exhibits are brought in Tuesday through Saturday when an admittance fee to enter the fairgrounds would be charged.

Tickets for Demolition Derby

Purchase in the Commercial Building for RESERVED GRANDSTAND SEATING (under roof).

  • Saturday, August 3, 2024 from 9am to 11am
  • Sunday, August 4, 2024 from 3pm to 6pm
  • Monday, August 5, 2024 from 5pm to 7pm
  • OR Any day during the fair from 1-8pm

Tickets for Demolition Derby

RESERVED GRANDSTAND SEATING (under roof): $10 (must be purchased in person)

PIT PASS: $25 (available night of event)

NOTE: On Saturday, Sunday and Monday (August 3, August 4, and August 5, 2024) you do not need to pay an admittance fee to purchase Grandstand Seating. Beginning Tuesday, August 6, 2024, fairgoers must pay admittance into the fairgrounds at $10 (or have a season or exhibitor’s Wristband) to purchase seating.

Improved Farm Stock Classes

  • 11,500 LB
  • 12,500 LB
  • Puller must have a large 1″ twist or flat ring clevis with at least a 3″ opening or Haslag style hitch
  • Max draw bar height of 20″, 18″ behind rear axle
  • Max Turbo size of 2.46 S300 – no slugs allowed
  • Tractor may be checked for high RPM – if over, tractor may be disqualified
  • 3,000 RPM limit
  • Track judge may disqualify any contestant operating in an unsafe manner or for unsportsmanlike conduct
  • All weights must be securely fastened
  • No P pumps
  • No cut tire. Max tire 20.8 x 38 or 18.4 x 42
  • Air Kill, Wheelie bars, ROPS & Seatbelt MANDATORY!

Altered Farm Tractor Class

General Rules:

  1. Weight 10,000 lb. AND Double Cut Tires or 10,500 lb. AND Top Cut Tires
  2. No Speed Limit
  3. 3,000rpm limit
  4. 20.8×38 tire maximum
  5. Tractor and driver must scale or results in DQ
  6. No rear dual wheels allowed
  7. 1 hook grace pull allowed to allow for rules to be followed by tractor
  8. Wide Front End Required


Safety Rules:

  1. RPM plug in sensor for RPM sled box FVP P/N: 3316 Required for members, non-member requirement at discretion of Club Tech Official.
  2. Cross bolts in exhaust must follow General Rule (Safety Rule #7)
  3. Wheelie bars extending past rear tire required – Must be a maximum of 10″ from ground
  4. Fenders and/or floorboards supporting weight of driver required
  5. Kill switch mounted at rear of vehicle required
  6. Must have positive stop on injection pump for high idle
  7. Dead man throttle required
  8. No injectables allowed
  9. Front Ski Bars required. Front axle support to be made of 2.00″ X .095 tubing or 2.00″ X .120 mild steel tubing or same material as tractor frame rails. Front axle supports should connect to each frame rail in-line and extend towards front of tractor. Front skid/front axle support should have radius to prevent digging into track. Front axle support frame should be strong enough to suport front end weight of tractor. Support should have a maximum of 4″ ground clearance
  10. Tie bars mounted to rear axle and extending forward of the flywheel mounted to frame
  11. Fuel shutoff controlled from seat of tractor required
  12. All inline turbocharged engines are required to have a cable(s) placed between first and second cylinder through exhaust manifold port area. Cable must be a minimum of one (1) 3/8 manufactured pendant line with a rating of at least 3,000 lb. or more with a tag from the manufacturer that indicates rated load capacity with swaged sockets.
    Two (2) 3/8″ cables with a minimum of 4 clamps at the splice or crimps with a coupler on each cable. Cable(s) must circle the entire head/block assembly with a maximum of 4″ slack.
  13. Electric TA’s required



  1. Side shields required
  2. 505 cubic inch limit, under 470 may alter bore and stroke to max of 470cid
    2a. Massey 540, Cockshutt, Oliver, and White
    585 must retain factory bore and stroke
  3. 1 inch intake manifold spacer allowed
  4. No intercoolers or cooling devices allowed
  5. Water injection allowed, water only, Maximum of 2 ports in crossover pipe only
  6. Diesel Fuel only
  7. Turbo must be under hood and exhaust exit upward
  8. Maximum of 3.25″ crossover pipe diameter allowed
  9. Maximum of 13mm P7100
  10. Maximum of S300SX-E 2.42″ 61.44mm P/N 13009097056
  11. OEM Motor and Block. Block is not to be altered in any way externally for mounting of fuel injection pumps and remain in stock location. Internal webbing and water jacket to remain intact with provisions to re-bore block
  12. Must have OEM cylinder head, intake manifold and exhaust manifold for that model or series tractor. No filler heads, single feed intake manifolds only. No headers or custom intakes manifolds.



  1. 20″ max drawbar height
  2. 18″ minimum from center of rear axle to end of drawbar



  1. Roll Cage with harness or OEM ROPS with lap belt required
  2. Must have weld on hubs for pressed steel, no cast centers
  3. OEM ag rear end
  4. Wheelbase is a maximum of 114 inches unless produced by manufacturer, Maximum of 13 feet from the center of the rear axle to the forward most part
  5. Working brakes required
  6. OEM Transmission must be stock appearing. No aftermarket gear boxes.
  7. Clutch housing, transmission case, rear end housing must be OEM or equivalent
  8. Custom Frames and tube chassis are allowed. Must meet Tech and Class rep approval
